Planning & Zoning Board
Planning & Zoning Board meetings are held on the second Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Boardroom located in the St. Clair Municipal Building. Special meetings are at the call of the Chairman.
The Planning and Zoning Commission is responsible for all duties and functions provided in the City of St. Clair Municipal Code. Generally, these duties include:
- Review and make recommendations on:
- Development plans
- Subdivision plats
- Adoption, periodic review and update of the City’s Master Plan
- Zoning and subdivision text amendments
- Other related planning and zoning activities

The board consists of 7 members who are appointed by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. The current board consists of:
